You can book tickets for events, tours, and workshops online, and tickets for visiting the  permanent exhibition both online and at the ticket office. Accepted payment methods: prepayment (bank transfer), SEPA bank transfer, Klarna bank transfer, credit card (Mastercard, Visa), iDEAL, and Amazon Pay. Please note that it is no longer necessary to provide your contact data for Covid tracing, but you will still need to wear a surgical or FFP2 mask.
